AV Homes is sponsoring training Time Trials in Nocatee for tonight and the following two Wednesday nights. No entry fee, low-key atmosphere, all age groups, all fitness levels, all genders, and all bicycle types will be there. The distance is 6.38 miles (10k+). Get your name on the timing list at 6:15 and first bike off at 6:30. Start/Finish is in front of Advanced Disposal headquarters, at the intersection of Crosswater Pkwy, Valley Ridge Blvd., and Palm Valley Rd. Park on the shoulder of Palm Valley Rd.
