Looking for ride company doing the Nocatee loop for an hour or so 3 times a week riding at a constant heart rate. So if you have a heart monitor and can average anywhere from 16 up to 20mph let's train. You pick the time. grady22knights@yahoo.com

Angus, you need to check out the Nocatee Cycling Facebook Page. Also, check out the NFBC ride calendar for Tuesday mornings at 10:00. Lunch in Nocatee has a group that does about 18 mph for 21 miles. They are not riding in circles. You can check out the route on the NFBC maps.
