This ride occurs on the first and third Thursday of every month. Occasionally, there are only
“A” riders participating. If you are a single “B” rider, please call to check if other “B” riders
will be joining us.
Meet at the Ferry and take it across the river and ride up the coast to Amelia Island (Harris
Teeter) for 32 miles, or to the Dee Dee Bartles Boat Ramp, on the St Mary’s River, for 50 miles.
The ferry leaves at 8:00 AM on the dot so be there early to get your bike ready. Bring $2.00 for
the ferry toll. Parking is about ¼ mile past the ferry in the boat ramp lot on the left.
This ride goes up the coast over Fanning Island, Fort George Island, Little Talbot Island, Big
Talbot Island and onto Amelia Island. Enjoy spectacular views, soaring osprey and a fun ferry
ride.
