This Raleigh Roper is decked out to be a great every day all weather ride. I used it as an all purpose, around town commuter. It has Avid BB5 mechanical disk breaks, full wood inlaid fenders, and a luggage rack with detachable Vaude Panniers that convert to a messenger bag. Brass bell, and handlebar mirror. It has been lightly ridden, has received regular maintenance, and is in excellent shape.
It is a pretty large frame. 58 cm top tube, 59 cm seat tube. I'm 6'-2" tall. You'll probably need to be at least 5'- 8" for it to fit.
