About this event

Note that ride is updated 1/5/2024  to use the new Fuller Warren Trail vs the Acosta.

The Riverside-Bishop Estates Ride is one of the North Florida Bicycle Club's older rides. It starts in the trendy Riverside section of Jacksonville. Then it crosses over the St Johns River (Yeah, a tall bridge right at the start of the ride but we will regroup after the bridge), Then San Marco & Mandarin and over Julington Creek, then we do a loop through Fruit Cove & Bishop Estates. The we ride back north to Riverside. (Yeah, a tall bridge at the end of the ride too).

Discard prior map versions you may have on your navi computers and replace them with the most current link.  Changes have been made removing the Oak Bluff Lane cut off as San Jose Blvd is under construction up until Sunbeam Rd.  Also on the return trip, we're taking a Kings Avenue detour to avoid the San Marco drainage project.
