I am considering doing this ride every Thursday. Tentative start time/location would be 9:00am at Nippers. Distance is unimportant (one lap is 2.5 miles though) and you simply do as many loops as possible.
For those unfamiliar, this is a very safe bridge to do repeats on, and would be a killer workout. Post here if you're interested.
