July Training Schedule

Attached is the training schedule for July, August, and 11 days in September. It does not matter whether you do a weekend ride on Saturday or Sunday. I used both for the ease of working out the mileage progression.

While training in the heat, try to drink 30 fluid ounces per hour. On rides over 2 hours, use 300 calories an hour to anticipate you nutrition needs. Refer to Glenn's email if you want some specific suggestions.
