Yes, its been a while but I finally completed MFC yesterday. This is especially meaningful to me personally, as I had to drop out of the group last summer due to problems which we discovered was due to the BP medicine I was taking combined with exercise. In the process of working through that my confidence really got shaken. I still don't know what's going to happen when it gets hot but thankfully I'm off the meds now and doing great.
I have dedicated this ride to the memory of Wayne Ezell. I didn't know Wayne that well but I can say he was a gentleman of integrity.
I also want to thank Wallace McRoy for all the teaching and advice he gave to me while I was having some problems.
